Hey we have been talking about that one on this board for awahile. Sandy throughout his career has made a living feasting off the clowns similar to the ones running Bank One. Expect $40-45 buyout, the premium needs to be high enough to prevent ONE management from causing trouble.
And Citi gets the prescense in the midwest they have been looking for and they will either spinoff or outright sell first usa to avoid anti-trust issues.
