Morgan Stanley WILL raise commisiions to $30 on 3/31/00 !! I just got off the phone with MSDW. I already have an IRA account with them...$15 trades and all. Well, I WAS thinking of moving my wifes IRA there too. I got the info packet today which said $30 commissions. I was confused so I phoned them. Seems everbodys rates will go up to $30 on 3/31/00. I don't really think they are all they great either. I'm constantly having to phone them to clear canceled stop orders from my online screen. See ya' later MSDW. Todd K.
