XYBR has terrible management/business model.

They haven't been able to get the company off the ground since they IPOed in '96. I have heard from many of the porfolio managers who have been disappointed by the progress of this company. Also, their financial situation is not too stellar. In addition, it doesn't help that there is very little need or demand for wearable computers. I don't know who comes up with the idea to bring a company public based solely on a computer that you wear! Isn't a internet capable cell phone or Palm good enough?

If they can't get the business off the ground, at least they have been able to get the stock higher with a bunch of hypish PR which will allow insiders to sell their shares at high prices. What a shame. Only a market like this would run up such a poorly run company.
