I've been in for a while, looks like this deal turned out to have quite a bit more potential than what they initially expected if that's what they were hinting about in the UL Approval press release. In my opinion it was undervalued according to the pro-forma numbers we got to see in the recent 8-K, this new deal makes it even more so. If I recall, buried somewhere in the past press there's mention of expecting to sign a contract with Philips Electronics for cell phone batteries too.
