Really? Except you forgot the $38 is ALREADY accounted for in the price, why do you think it has gone up the last couple of weeks? So to me, that says the inherent value of coms by itself=$53. (53+1.5x38=110) So, for example, let's assume the IPO doubles, then the price will be approx $167, but with a discount for the 6 month waiting period, so maybe $150. If it triples, you should see around $200. Not too bad, no matter what math you use.
