Since the press release was issued after today's close, it will be interesting to see how Wall Street reacts tomorrow with respect to both IBM's and Cymer's share valuations.

The presentation of the paper on PREVAIL was given at SPIE Microlithography which is attended by Wall Street analysts. There was also press about this pre-market on Monday as posted here on the thread by Rustam Message 12989825 , so the news is a few days old.
