PLHYQ - Existing common stock interests, and options to acquire such interests
and all other equity securities will be cancelled. If the Plan is accepted by
all impaired creditor classes, Holders of Old Common Stock will receive in the
aggregate 200,000 New Warrants, each for the purchase of one share of New Class A Common Stock.
