FYI - Another ASDV competitor went public today! I stumbled upon this ASDV thread when researching ICIQ, International Computex, Inc (www.computex.com). ICIQ started trading today. ICIQ has similar technology and mentioned ASDV and CADIS as significant well established competitors. The IPO was priced at $9.50. The company was incorporated in January 1991. Revenues for 1996 were $3.9MM and the proforma EPS was $0.50. After the IPO there will be 3,250,000 shares outstanding, with only 1,125,000 in float (the rest are owned by management and the Board). Based on the little research I have done it appears that this is a growing area and can support rapid growth for many competitors. Good luck to all. Greg
