I know that it is very difficult to admit that one made a ill-judged investment. It is tempting to blame someone else if at all possible. Such lawsuits are IMO a waste of time and money. I am confident that almost everyone (except the lawyers) will be happy if they simple get used to it and try to proceed with their lives. This thread is hardly intended for bitter VISX losers. There is a future. Remember, to demonstrate a loss you will have to sell your VISX holdings, which means, I think that you ought to leave this thread alone. Why don't you start a thread for VISX losers?
