Who are "they"?

Some of the sectors are falling far behind, such as FSPCX, FSDPX, FSRBX, FSVLX, FSHOX. People moved monies out from these sectors because they feared of Uncle Al.

The tech sectors keep getting stronger for several reasons. One reason was the monies moved into tech funds came from the out flows of FSPCX, FSDPX, etc. So in this case people do respect Uncle Al.

The free flowing monies moved into tech sectors, pushed tech funds higher. When the monies move out from tech funds, the tech sector will become weaker. The directions of money flow are usually depending on people's perception of Uncle Al's next move.

People do respect Uncle Al.
