Your post didn't indicate you've read much past the post you responded to. As I said, I was in 1 hour AFTER I heard the pricing on TV. This process should NOT require people to call a rep to find out what's going on and why the website won't allow confirmation.

I was hitting refresh on my broswer as the rep was telling me that the website was about to go "live" any moment. Lucky timing.

Some friends of mine were still trying to confirm after 10:00pm ET, and couldn't.

I am NOT oblivious to anything friend. I've been doing this alot longer than you, and I don't need your suggestions if you're going to make them in a holier-than-thou attitude. You're the one being hostile, not me.

I have not presumed anything, but Fidelity has acknowledged having problem in this IPO area to me personally. They are calling it growing pains.

You don't know the history of this fiasco, so you're not in a position to comment. However, many Fidelity customers were screwed by mistakes on their last IPO's: TWAV and DCEL from procedural problems.

And it's NOT my job to be their messenger. I did it here (and with some anxiety at the beginning, yes....) to help people with a better data flow than FIDO publically presented.

On many other issues, FIDO is terrific. So on balance, I do business with them.
