Hi Steve,..Re:.But why would they do that? They are considering spinning off their own optical division! Don't you think their strategy changed with the announcement yesterday of the spin off of the networking division? i.e. slower growth unit? I took that to mean they're going to now keep central focus on their high growth businesses. Maybe I'm wrong?<g> (wouldn't be the first time) Cheers, Lee
