Doin' a little brain-spinnin: So, McGaw buys the Irid and Ico assets on the cheap, unrolls a grand plan and strong PR machine, recapitalizes through a new public offering, investors flock in to attach themselves to the magic McGaw golden touch, the stock takes off and they buy Lor with the G* ownership on the cheap (if not G*), and control mega-spectrum and a viable system for a relatively small cash outlay. Whadya' think, Jon? ........VVVVVVVVVVVV
