Those holders are indeed correct. Add up the number of shares they hold and it is an extremely small number given the shares outstanding. The logic regarding increased demand by mutual funds hold here as well. This is an area to see if any new holders come in or if these current holders will now increase the size of their holdings. Should that happen, we will see an appreciation in price.
