I run cyberx 1.6, but the tick chart is not showing up, but the Qchart version has tick chart? why is that?

Please note that the tick chart on CyBerX starts over when you pull up a new symbol. Thus if the stock you pull up is trading lightly, it may be a while before you start seeing the tick chart portion come in. If you have a stock that is trading frequently and you are still are not seeing the formation of the tick chart in CyBerX 1.6, please contact our Technical Support Department.

The Account Manager pane in CyberX, can u guys make it stretch long enuff to see all my stocks?

Thank you for your suggestion. We have added this item to our request database. If there are any other features that you feel would improve the functionality and use of CyBerX, please e-mail them to: wishlist@cybercorp.com
