Wow, One of the strongest stock on Naz today! Big blocks buying Ciena today. Stock up on very strong volume! This could be a trend reversal, or has it already begun? Near term upside price target 33 -35, downside price target 27- 28... Now 23 seems to be a very reasonable price to get into CIEN a couple of days ago. T/A looks very strong, with the help of overall Naz advance of course. Buy on dips and short on spikes, it should settle at around 30 for a few days.. Jon
