Do you think you could take server 192.168.5.9 out of the queue or fix it? -- it's been down for several weeks and qcharts hangs for a couple minutes trying to log into it

Ok, now even I'm getting less patient here too - this has been a reported problem for ages. I note that server switching is not working properly, often now, and setting autorefresh to false is no answer since we just don't know what servers will be "working" at any given time.

So Paul, Jay - can you come back to us with some useful tip or a status report?
