RUDEDOG: RE: Living Trust-My father had one and it worked very well-You do however need it seems to me to either have it domiciled with a really top drawer bank trust department who you have knowledge of the up- and coming going to be employeees -the people who will be doing the actual admiistrating OR a really reliable law frim that won't hose you to badly. In both cases you would want to appoint an OUTSIDE MM of your liking.Hard to find --but do your very best.I'm going to Boston where our two accountants are this year and do some estate planning.I'm 68 and I need to be unretrained and free with my portfolio so it is a tough call-I know it is not that contraining but extra paperwork etc.-The Living Trust is a dsamn good thing though-go for it.
