I am saddened by what appears to be an attitude of "as long as this "guy" allows me to make money I'm happy to have him/her/it around. Posters and readers of this thread may actually BE as GULLIBLE as a particular charlatan pump and dumper may believe them to be.
Who knows? Perhaps several names on this thread belong to a boiler room operation per Sarge's idea. How do we know that this is not the case?
SliderOnTheBlack posted to Sarge and threatened him with a lawsuit if he does not apologize and retract his statements of concern about SliderOnTheBlack's doings here and on Yahoo.
SliderOnTheBlack claimed in this post that his ID is a REGISTERED TRADEMARK!!!!!
This means, that either this rather bizarre statement is a lie, or a lie occurred earlier this year as SliderOnTheBlack stated something to the effect that "We are just using this forum to simply trade ideas". If his name is in fact a trademarked business icon, then he is admitting to the fact that his posting here is part of his business plan.
Therefore, a reasonable man could logically conclude that manipulating and feeding off of public opinion is in fact a business strategy. Is that legal? Doesn't the SEC require strict licensing and disclosure for professional traders and brokers? SliderOnTheBlack claimed earlier something to the effect that he works in some capacity with a lawyers. Perhaps he knows just where the legal line is where he won't be prosecuted. Remember, something can be extremely unethical but yet still illegal.
And furthur, how are we to know that the man/woman responsible for the SliderOnTheBlack posts here is not also the owner of a business that has employees that also post here in a collaborative effort? Perhaps all of the "welcome back posts" are part of a business strategy.
While these speculations seem a bit far fetched at first, I was quite impressed that my mere mentioning that Sarge had talked about these possibilities brought a threat from the SliderOnTheBlack show to me personally. He threatened me with a potential lawsuit for either "libel" or "slander" if I didn't choose my words carefully.
These are questions that concern me and any other honest person that wishes to use this forum as a true "exchange of ideas".
I ask those of you that have "welcomed back" Slider with open arms to consider the morality of that decision, given the number of posters here that have brought to the light of day the profane offensive private mail that they have received from SliderOnTheBlack when they have challenged him.
How can you trust someone who has broken a public promise, sneered at all who bring a challenge? How can you follow someone who exaggerates wins and begrudgingly admits mistakes?
Did you ever stop to think that you may be part of a "group psychology" that actually moves some of the thinly traded stocks like MEXP/RRC that SliderOnTheBlack so strongly pumped/dumped? Are you so blind to the pain others that bought "the Story" and got left "holding the bag" as to not realize that it might be YOU next time?
Remember the speech denouncing Senator Mcarthy? HAVE YOU NO SENSE OF SHAME?

P.S. SliderOnTheBlack: Your name calling against those that have found your sending of vulgar private mails, renegging on public promises and other alleged lies and manipulations of truth with the term "liberal" shows to me the lack of the content of your arguments to match your lack of character.
Personally, I disdain liberal politics. But I join anyone, conservative OR liberal that maintains a basic moral code for decency, both in PUBLIC as well as PRIVATE behaviour.
Again SliderOnTheBlack, please honor your pledge and LEAVE THIS BOARD ALONE. If you truly still have any "SHEEP", and they are not shills that are also "trademarks" of your company then take them with you and start a "SliderOnTheBlack Freak Show" stock board of your own.
