Paris closed unchanged. Was up but then Wall Street made mistake of opening. I have no idea why ALA is not in there buying NN shares at a discount in open market. Very foolish financial engineering on their part not to take advantage of the ridiculous spread, and lower the amount of dilution required to close the deal. You know this company, Steve, and I wonder if you ever got the impression that upper management is a bit on the dull side.
