Here's what I don't get. If the shareholder suits move over to FCX won't Freeport have huge problems and be unable to adequately finance the infrastructure? Can't believe Walsh hasn't thought of this. Then why the kow-tows to Freeport? No matter how "honest" their "mistake" may have been, aren't they now an less-than attractive JV partner?
