it is still a Rat, but it is weak, although still above all support lines I follow, so I look to buy/add on dips...it just seems to be stuck, trading in a tight range..it is cheap here, regardless.
BIPL keeps dipping around too..I still like it. They own a bunch of patents, cheap in comparison to the rest of the bio/medical stocks..I mean LJPC was 25 cents not long ago..hit 9.75 today...you just never know when they will get the run they deserve, but hopefully we get to participate.
Like I thought, we are seeing index weakness now,,,the NDX is leading the way down..markets seem due for a dump..make that overdue...this is where put options come in handy.
