Pinks sheets is a death sentence, in my opinion. I have about 6 stocks that were delisted to the pinks in the past few years, none have recovered. Why it didn't go to the bulletin boards concerns me. There must have been a larger reason for the delisting than we are aware, more than the stock price (which has moved up recently, so no reason for the delisting now unless they are in violation of some significant regulations and possibly asset valuation).
