That's a no brainer. At the moment you can pick up Palm for $37 share (IPO price!) by buying 3COM. [In 6 months you will get 1.5 palm and you can sell your leftover 3COM for $20-$30.] Or you can pay the going rate of $107. If you're a long termer, and you think the Palm will still be above IPO price come Aug/Sep, then this a no brainer. Andre
