It is guaranteed if the merger goes through and that is what I was saying. Yea, if the merger does not go through then what you said will happen with PDP going down and MXP going up. It is guaranteed right now that if the merger goes through, then you will make some money because it is still not trading at 7:1 ratio assuming that Mesa holds at above 5. Bryan
