Binx, Thanks for the link on photosites.

I was reading the "Circuits" section of the NY Times today and that piece caught my eye.

nytimes.com

I still believe strongly that e-mail attachments or even embedded photos in e-mail such as AOL has offered since the version 4.0 software release is the "killer app" for digital photography in that it takes developing totally out of the picture (pardon the pun).

The free webhosting sites that you linked are another "killer app" for digital photography in that it allows for the viewing of an entire photo album at one convenient site. I have been a member of photopoint.com for over a year now and this incredibly useful service is offered free to members with the maintenance cost being covered by web banners and other promotions. Now these sites are being linked up with on-line digital film developers that offer convenient service that you can transact in your pajamas.

Digital Photography is hot and these "twin killer apps" are helping to spread the digital shutterbug to every home in the US and the World.
