Corporate Vision, Inc. Announces the Public Offering of Its Subsidiary Company

TULSA, Okla., March 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Corporate Vision, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CVIA) is pleased to announce the impending Public Offering of a primary operating subsidiary, CVI Development.

CVI Development, Inc., currently a wholly owned subsidiary of CVIA, is involved in residential and commercial real estate land development. Parent company Corporate Vision, Inc.'s Board of Directors has selected Eric Farris of Manchester, New Hampshire, as the CEO of the soon to be independent public entity. CVIA plans to have a retained twenty percent (20%) ownership position in CVI Development once the public offering has been completed. The proposed stock ticker symbol for this new company will be CVID.

CVI Development is in the process of procuring two large parcels of prime undeveloped residential real estate located in New Boston, NH. These parcels of land will be developed as master planned communities for upper middle class housing projects and will be a joint venture with Waller Construction Group of New Hampshire. Near term development projects and operations will be geographically focused in the New England region of the United States.

Corporate Vision, Inc. President and CEO Keith A. Anderson issued the following statement, "We believe Corporate Vision, Inc. stock is undervalued at this time. By allowing our subsidiary companies to operate as separate public entities, shareholder value will be increased thus allowing these subsidiaries to obtain additional funding to carry out their individual business plans in a more rapid and efficient manner."

Shares of CVI Development will be issued to Corporate Vision, Inc. shareholders at a future unspecified date anticipated to be in March or early April of this year.
