Actually the process is a simple one.

Based on technicals, swift money comes in and buys shares of a company with volatile stock and a slim float.

The pump begins. After unwary investors see the big movement, they think something is happening behind the scenes. Of course if this were true, and someone was trading off it, they would be involved in insider trading. Very illegal.

Then after the price jumps, the final phase begins, that's the dumping phase. I'd say we are midway through that phase.

The endgame results in a lower price that where it started, probably around $20 to $25 dollars.

Of course when the real news about this company finally hits, the stock will be selling for pennies.
