It has unfortunately been far more difficult to get executed than originally planned. As you may remember I worked there for some 7 months from late '98 into the early part of last year. At the request of another investor I solicited and brought the Babe Ruth League on board. I'm very confident with what's happening there now with whatever scuttlebutt I can uncover plus what I read in the PR's. I firmly believe that no one here fully understands the marketing model and how far reaching it's revenue potential goes. It's really a money machine, provides a real service to the public and greatly facilitates the money raising ability of the non-profit partner as well as contribute to the bottom line of all TSIG's non-profit partner's, FOR-PROFIT CORPORATE PARTNERS. (Read that line over again carefully.) Therein lies the biggest revenue secret as well as the most difficult aspect for a sincerely interested investor to fully comprehend. Those announcements will have a very EXPLOSIVE EFFECT on the stock price. I do believe that those announcements will all be timed for the best possible impact for the longs and the worst for those that trade the stock. IMHO I have reason to believe that there was a huge buy-in back during the heavy trading months and much of what was traded was accumulated by some very savy and knowledgeable investors. It may account for the lethargic trading pattern and difficulty in getting orders filled because a good deal of that accumulation will not be able to be shook out as it were by walking the price down. The reverse announcement, I believe it to be just that, had a very short lived effect. IMHO, there will be many more PR's before that shareholders meeting that will potentially rock the share price to the positive. The MM's are there to give liquidity to the market but they also have to earn money. I believe you're now looking at very cautious trading being implimented by all but a few of them. They may be in some serious distress or just positioning themselve's for whatever will happen. There are large stakes involved as we go forward.imho Rich
