The Tenth's Amendment is dead, the Second is meaningless, and the First is on shaky ground, but thank God the Fifth is rock solid:

Recently, Huang invoked the Fifth Amendment 1,927 times, in part in response to questions about whether he lied in his October, 1996 deposition. Huang was deposed as part of Judicial Watch's Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit concerning the sale of Clinton Commerce Department trade mission seats in exchange for campaign contributions.
