Can you post what happened? 1. Nobody answers the phone. Then they have the gull to put that recording "We are doing everything in our power....". Do they think I'm that stupid? 2. Couldn't log on this morning while my stock moved $2500 bucks against me. I used to just try another server but that didn't work today. 3. Web broken is a joke. It takes 1/2 hour for a MARKET ORDER to execute. Finding the status of an order is a prayer. They haven't figure out Computer Science 101 of updating the order status screen when the state of an order changes. 4. E-Trade is better than this. That is about as bad as saying Olde is better. 5. My account is hosed up and I've called three times to get it fixed (waiting a half an hour each time). Pleading with them not to forward me to another hold for an hour wait. Each time they said they would take care of it and each time they hosed it up more. But last time they did nothing. 6. Anybody who signs up for this is an IDIOT. Heck, I'm an idiot for staying with these clowns. I like DLJDirect so far. I'm going to open a CyberCorp account. Just my opinion and thousands of others. MH
