Dear Joel: That doesnt say he sold the shares. Actually, unless his options were expiring the exercising of so many would seem to me to be a positive unless he exercised and sold. Now, he may have had to sell 20% or more to raise money to pay the taxes and have the funds to pay for the balance. That would not excite me. JDN
