Make mine a double <g>. The PR states that the shares were transferred to a trust (and thus not sold). My experience with trusts is that they tend not to trade heavily. Therefore I have to assume that the shares will not be sold for the time being. Either way, if the trust is a large enough shareholder then we would see their trades with the insiders' trades.
