Wow! What a jump! Is this spike based on real news or are the MMs & insiders trying to unload their shares at a high price! The last PR stated that EEC would look at the books at the end of March to determine if CDNO is a clean shell. If the creditors did convert their shares before the Feb. 15th deadline for $.02 per share, then the company is legally obligated to file an 8-K since that would be considered a substantial enough change in the company to warrant such a filing. On the other hand, Insiders could be unloading their shares into an artificial runup and they won't need to file their form 4 until April 10th. Any comments!!! IOMH
