That ought to get the Mini-Majors moving.

There is soooooooooooooooooooooo damn much safety and upside to the P UCL MRO COC OXY's of the world that it's scary here... these have the liquidity to absorb REAL momenteum money - as do the majors; the OSX is allways the first recepeient - but; institutional money will flow to the bigger names soon.
