HEP, I think U.S. Cellular would be foolish not place the order for the 500 filters now given the windfall they are sitting on and also given the fact that it will not cost them anything for the filters. On the other hand it will just be more dilution for the stock and a 500 filter order is a long way from justifying the current stock price.
