We will bury them. Forget "high priced lawyers." How about "good smart lawyers" who know what a SLAPP case is and who know how do deal with less than straight forward people? The evidence is overwhelming and it is not in ZSUN's or it's officer's favor. Anyone who wants to follow ths long sordid trail on these guys can read up on the ZSUN thread.

Apparently, judges who preside over high profile cases have time to review the facts and make decisons accordingly. That works for us and not for ZSUN. That is one of the great things about SI, all the indepth discovery
that is relevent to this case (well ok, we're saving a lot of the best for court) is there for all to see, read and make their own judgement for themselves. So far they have voted along our lines as the stock is down, as is volume.

As well, ZSUN filings on an SEC basis has gone up and so has disclosure of the perputrators personal holding in this "profital internet company" that like the Moral Majority, is neither. No SEC approved Nasdaq or AMEX listing of ZSUN as predicted and it ain't gonna happen, there's just too much in the way of inconsistencies and unanswered questions (and things that will never get answered). You want more? Tune in on the SI ZSUN thread.
