Thanks for your take on splits.

In re the suit, I'm not sure that much can be read into a request for injunctive relief. I believe those types of motions are filed fairly routinely in this type of suit. I believe Sandisk does have a good case, but I don't think the motion means all that much. If the judge grants the motion, on the other hand, that means a great deal. Lexar would pretty much have to settle immediately, because the writing would be on the wall (or the CF card, if you prefer).
