Insider 7%, institutions 4%, again according to Yahoo. See yahoo finance, punch in almi quote and go to "profile"
Insider ownership is kinda low. The VC firm Hampshire has conversion rights to about 40% though, at something like $2 per share. I will confirm my memory on this. But Hampshire, previously called ING, is a huge VC firm and they put up $20 million when almi really needed the money. If they don't perform on NQL marketing and keep the stock price up this time, there could be more dilution because I think they will have to raise more money. The IT services division should start cash flowing positive sometime this year though.
