Looks like an amendment to register the warrants that are outstanding. This is required before they can be exercised and sold. Someone pointed out that it says the are callable if we trade over 7 for 20 days. Might be why they are registering them, or the owners might have notified them that they want their shares. Either way the company gets the money. Nice move today. News is everywhere. Sooner or later the stock will take off and 10 will seem like a deal. Maybe real soon. Rick
