Yes, the Rabins, Schneider, Glassinower borrowed badly needed $ from SoftQuad nka NewKidCo to purchase SoftQuad common stock for their own account at a time when the Rabins/Schneider were divesting our XML assets at firesale prices due to our SoftQuad nka NewKidCo's [mgt's perceived] critical need for $???...as chronologically documented on this thread... again, this is arguably alleged stock fraud in our opinion given all said issues of facts, NKCIF, viz a viz LEAF, AMRR, XML... perhaps Mr. Jordan or Director or yourself could contact Richard Rabins or Steve Schneider to determine the status of NKCIFs 19% position in AMRR.OB in addition to said insider shareholder loans.
