I got filled at $5 13/16 AND at an order at $5 5/8 that I forgot about! I have to remember to call tomorrow to tender the shares. Hope there is no problem about buying today and tendering by Monday, wonder if I'm a shareholder of record by the expiration? When do you expect a press release regarding the tender, Friday afternoon, Monday afternoon or what? Betcha the price drops a lot after the expiration of the tender, based on the way the stock has moved during the tender (way below the tender offer). Good luck! Elroy
