Question on Volume:

I am a new MVIS shareholder and not particularly interested in "technical" signs, but I noticed an interesting pick up in volume in February, accompanied by a rising stock price. However, I also noticed a surging share price on low volume. I note the following, and would be interested in your comments.

We had a big move from $38 share on Feb.11 to $61 on Feb.17. During this five day period volume picked up considerably to an average of 602,000 shares a day - roughly double the 30 day average. I see the upward movement as a strong signal based on the surging volume.

On the other hand, I also note that following a brief move down, MVIS continued its ascent from 47 to 64 between feb.23 and feb 29. Only this time volume was relatively LIGHT (average daily vol = 315,000 shares).

My question is: What does this latter move mean on LIGHT volume?

Charlie
P.S. I'm coming to the shareholder meeting - whenever it is!
