I'm glad to see TOM up to $3 without the hype of a pump and dump we saw last fall. It's moving on sound fundamentals and market recognition. I would hate to put a target price as I've seen too many stocks become overvalued and then more overvalued. With a market cap of $60M, TOM is still good value. Look at USB with negligible revenues and a market cap of over $1.2 Billion!
