Haim: Michael how would you rate PALM IPO, open over 160 as I write this trading around 110. Closed at 97 something... pretty funny is how I rate it ;) A classic sign of over enthusiasm? I'm just amazed at these offerings. Remember VA Linux? Headed down from day one, yet the clowns on TV are trumpting the great first day these companies often have. Insiders win; the investment banks win; the public becomes the Bag Holders. I'm only sad that we have to wait three days for many of these stocks to be available for shorting... it is such fine sport.
