Felix, That is exciting about the new CPUs. I'm really upset that slot ones are not on fire sale yet, and it is starting to appear that slot one is dead. I'm tired of this Celeron. I've owned my Intel since '94, the capital gains will have to be paid when I sell it off as I need the money after I retire. I bought a large position in AMD when they announced the K7 in August and a friend said this K7 is "something else-check it out". AMD's past is the scariest part of holding AMD. Definitely a trading stock for now, but with the new COO from Motorola, maybe AMD is changing. On the same subject, discussion on the price of gas is getting a lot of air time around here. I hope things change for the better soon. steve
