Jens, I just discovered that the bankruptcy trustee did make a filing relating to his appointment overseeing LONE's case in the SEC's Edgar database. He did so under LifeOne's old name National Affiliated, which threw me, because that name is outdated:

sec.gov

I think he's guilty of not publicizing it enough. I need to know how many shares outstanding Communicata will have after the reverse merger. I may choose to purchase more in the hope that I could recoup my losses and then have a gain. Communicata looks like a substantial and exciting, albeit small, company. With an aggresive incubation strategy and some publicity, I think this company could reaslistically top a dollar a share in a year or less possibly. If the earnings projections on their website are even half correct, the stock price would probably be above five dollars. I think the current asking price is $.07. At this level, I think the risk reward ratio greatly favors the reward side. First, though, we need to know how many shares there will be before being able to estimate a range of potential per share values.
