The initial pricing for DVIN, which is an early stage incubator, already has the company valued at $3.5 billion. When it completes its IPO later this month, it will probably have a value in excess of $10 billion. The current market cap for CDO approximates $6.6 billion. Prism probably has a market value in excess of $2 billion and the core business is probably worth about $3 billion. IMHO, CDO moves into the $60 to $80 range.
