Interesting.... I agree.
I use to diversify but now, like you, am concentrated. Usually have no more than four stocks at a time. My returns have significantly improved since I changed. I accept the risk. I trade a lot of options so I am prepared to get out quickly if a position turns, though.

Good luck. JDSU still looks great, doesn't it.
