HI Dale,
I'm still in - but have been off playing the hunter looking for stocks to roll to re-gain my losses.
Between this evening and tomorrow evening, I'll share with you some good insights (that I received from more experienced traders) as to how these warrants enter into the greater "scheme" of things.
I was very intrigued to see how the plunge to 3/8 was followed by a rise to 1 1/8 within the next 24 hours. I berated myself for not having gotten in at such a low, just "sitting there watching", so to speak. I knew, at that low, they were definitely under their book value by about 40%.
I no longer look to make any money on them with the shares I own. I am selling off my shares gradually. Rather, I will watch for further plummets, and try to catch them at a low. I think you are of the same mind. The SSII CEO didn't seem to be too down about the decreased value of his 1 million + shares. Actually, he seemed rather cheerful about the whole thing. I also communicated by email with a multimedia producer there (I do the same thing for a living) and he said he wasn't even aware their shares had toppled so low! He said that nobody tells them anything. I have decided not to make calls to the Boston Group, nor SSII's CFO. If they (SSII) are cheerful, then maybe they know something we don't.
Where are you, by the way? You said you were out of the country right now...?
Take care. |
